At SoftValueShop, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the digital nature of our products (license keys and software activation codes), we follow a strict no-refund policy once a product key has been delivered.

❌ No Refunds on Delivered Products:

Once a license key or activation code is sent to your email or WhatsApp, it is considered delivered and non-refundable, even if:

  • You ordered the wrong product.

  • Your system is not compatible.

  • You changed your mind after receiving the key.

  • Activation fails due to user error (e.g., wrong installation or previously used licenses).

✅ Eligible for Replacement (Only in These Cases):

We may offer a replacement key (not a refund) if:

  • The key is invalid or not working due to our fault.

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You have followed all installation and activation instructions correctly and provide screenshot/video proof of the issue.

⚠ Responsibility of the Customer:

Please ensure that:

  • Your device meets the system requirements.

  • You are installing the correct version of the software.

  • You are not using pirated, trial, or previously activated versions that can conflict with new licenses.
